His software platform provides maintenance, safety and operational software solutions to medium and large enterprise customers that are involved in building fundamental building blocks of civilization. In addition to being pretty nerdy, John also lives a wannabe farmer's life in Utah.

He has been working in the oil and gas sector for the last 23 years. He has experience working offshore and in various management and sales roles including:

- President & CEO, Payzone Directional Services
- Global Sales Director, Whitmore Manufacturing
He spent 13 years living and working internationally in the UAE, Indonesia, and Thailand. In his current role, he supervises a team of salespeople across the world who promote and sell the Jet Lube line of specialty greases and lubricants through distribution and to end users. Their products are sold into the oil and gas market to end users in drilling, completions, downstream refining, and general oilfield services.
